We work with your business to develop a digital marketing plan based on customer insights that will accelerate your growth.

Web Assets

We can help you develop the digital assets you need to lead your marketing. This could be a website, ecommerce platform, custom facebook page or email system. We work with best of breed, open source platforms that will give you a scalable, extendable asset.

Online Marketing

Once you have a plan and have your assets in place, we’ll work with you to drive traffic, engagement and sales to your business. Because online is completely trackable you can see the results of every dollar that you spend on your marketing (unlike most other marketing).


How you can work with us

There are three different ways you can work with us…

Project

We’re happy to work on a project basis. This is a great option if you have a one-off project, you want to have an independent online marketing strategy developed, or perhaps you want to do a trial project to see if we can move the needle for on your traffic or sales results. If you have a budget of around $5,000 to $10,000 to kick things off, then let’s talk.

Sprint Programme

The main way we work with clients is on a partnership basis where we define a number of projects and ongoing online marketing activities and manage these with a defined service level agreement. Typically this includes search engine optimisation, online advertising and social media management, as well as project management and marketing idea generation. We’ll put together a customised package of activities (see menu below) starting from only $3,000 per month (including a set of steak knives).

Sprint + Campaigns

Helps you drive fast growth to achieve your goals.

What we’ve found is that we work best with clients that have a marketing budget of around 50k to 500k per annum. That doesn’t mean we won’t work for smaller customers (we have some great startup clients) but we’ve just found our processes don’t always suit a smaller budget. So don’t be put off – we’re always happy to talk!

So what can we actually do?

Strategy:

The start of every project focuses on understanding your business and developing the online marketing objectives. During this time we’ll develop a plan of all activities for the first 90 days. Then every quarter we’ll have a strategy review to understand any business changes, highlight what activity is really working and plan the next 90 days.

Websites:

We can design and build your website, blog, ecommerce site, custom Facebook site or store, You Tube channel or email system. It’s important to get these digital assets right and working for you.

Social:

We can develop custom Facebook pages, applications and games that engage with your customers. We can work with you to develop a content plan, key post ideas and social media guidelines. To can also help you actively manage your social media presence. We can coach you over the initial launch period, setup monitoring systems and we can provide a more hands on solution, monitoring, writing and posting for you if you want to a more managed approach.

Search Engine Optimisation:

It’s critical that you are on the first page of Google – no one uses the Yellow Pages anymore! However achieving this takes time. We can put together a programme that will help you achieve solid, defendable ranking results. Services include onsite audits, keyword analysis, link building and content development. We take a hands-on approach to SEO rather than a report-based approach to ensure you get results.

Media:

While the main objective is a great natural listing, there’s always room for some extra exposure. These days there are plenty of different opportunities to get good, cheap, targeted awareness online. Developing these media strategies is a key strength of ours. There a plenty of options; text ads, display banners, YouTube video ads, mobile ads, remarketing, Facebook and Stumbled Upon (and many more).

Mobile:

Over half of all internet connections are now from mobile phones, so it’s important to develop and understand the opportunities offered by mobile advertising, applications and mobi sites.

Email:

Email is almost the granddad of online marketing, it’s been around forever but you’d be silly to ignore the old guy. He’s smarter than you’d think and still relied upon by most people as their primary means of communication. We can help you get more out of your email marketing using smart newsletters and autoresponders to develop sales and manage leads.

Conversion Analysis:

It’s important to step back every now and then and look to see how well your assets are working for you. We can provide expert advice and recommendations to improve your conversion results. We love to use tools such as ‘ Website Optimiser to run A/B tests to drive split run tests to drive up your sales.
