    Craigs Investment Partners is one of NZ’s largest personal wealth investment advisory firms. After nearly 40 successful years, the brand was starting to date and didn’t stand out from the competition.

    The challenge: How could the business freshen up its brand through every touchpoint, and stay true to what clients valued most - the personal touch?

    We developed the new platform idea, Truly Personal Wealth, which celebrates the tailored approach and understanding each and every advisor provides.

    This evolved brand position led to a comprehensive, truly end-to-end result, refreshing and relaunching a developed look and feel, tone, campaign and website, designed for credibility, assuredness, but also a human warmth.

    The website was central to the Craigs end-to-end rebrand.

    A full UX/UI strategy audit highlighted key points to address. From this we developed a clear online framework and digital redesign, introducing a new graphic system that included new brand colours, typefaces, icons and key brand assets, extending the identity to every touchpoint in digital and beyond.

    The copy, brand tone, imagery and content flow was meticulously crafted in close partnership with Craigs’ internal stakeholders. Special attention was paid to making an abundance of complex information easy to understand, digest and navigate, while building a more efficient, effective platform to connect with customers and new leads.
